Hi guys - I am looking at how I can get from Pt Hedland to Bali and I am stumped. I hope some folks here can shed some light on this route.

It seems that Skywest Airlines may offer a service from PHE to DPS but I can't seem to find a timetable or anyway I can book this route. Is this a regular scheduled service? Whats the story here? Their website looks simple but...........

Secondly, Strategic Airlines has a new service from PHE to DPS with a return ticket including taxes for October departures running around $388 a.i. According to their website, they depart PHE on Tuesdays and return on Wednesdays. Has anyone had any experience with this airline?

Lastly - With Air Asia's DPS-DRW service beginning soon, It may actually be possible to fly PHE-DPS-DRW for cheaper than flying 100% domestic to Darwin.

From the Skywest email I just received:
You can now book Bali flights directly on the Skywest website. Effective today, you can book a seat instead of a package when flying to Denpasar from Port Hedland. However, if your're looking for a great package deal, check out the latest deals from our partner Asia Escapes. So, if you have second home in Bali or just looking to get away for a few days and want to book your accommodation as you go, our new seat only fares from $279 one way may be just what you are looking for.
