not sure if its just me.....

having trouble booking with and even seeing current point balance. went to make a booking yesterday using points i had to cancel again quickly due to a clash and haven't been able to see points balance at all since. thought id ask here before emailing accor and waiting for their normal week turn around for a simple question .

Working fine here - can see my points balance & history and I just used points to book a room.

The problem could be with your computer... try using another browser / PC.
 
all back to normal two days later.

seems the problem triggered when i booked some accom with points and then had to cancel due to a date clash. something about the return of the points caused the issue.
