Private Bank 3 Month Spend Offer???

I noticed these transactions for which the bonus points have appeared during my May-June statement cycle despite the dates:

31/01/13	PRIVATE BANK 3 MONTH SPEND OFFER	2,042.00	2.00	0.00	2,042.00
31/12/12	PRIVATE BANK 3 MONTH SPEND OFFER	1,714.00	2.00	0.00	1,714.00
30/11/12	PRIVATE BANK 3 MONTH SPEND OFFER	1,336.00	2.00	0.00	1,336.00

I have no idea what they're for nor what this offer is--not that I'm complaining!

Does anyone have any knowledge of this?

Yes and no. New Altitude Black cards but it was an upgrade from Platinum Plus.
