Saw this sign at HI Melaka. It used to exist? Or maybe was planned? Or?

Not sure what the question is, it did exist if that is what you are asking but the hotels no longer participate:

Participating Hotels - Priority Privilege - Crowne Plaza Mutiara - Guaranteed savings on selected accommodation rates, along with exclusive dining discounts.

This is Holiday Inn Melaka, but on the pier that seems to be part of the hotel.

The pier seems quite new but is probably a few years old. It seems to be a big flop, visitor wise.
