I'm having some difficulty getting points and status credited from a few EY codeshare flights I took earlier in June. They are VA ticketed, and my Velocity number is definitely attached to the booking. I've been awarded the correct points and status for the VA-operated segments, but nothing from the EY flights. Have e-mailed VA and lodged a missing points claim but nothing so far apart from a generic "we'll look into it" reply which was not encouraging.

Anyone have a similar situation and manage to resolve it?

I had exact same problem, a few of my EY ticket flights came through but a majority didn't (flights in June same as you). Lodged an online claim and still nada after 5 days.

Called VA and they said they've been experiencing some slowness getting EY flights credited. But because one of my sectors was credited, they were able to see the e-ticket details and credited the rest of the flights manually. Might want to try calling velocity and see if they can do the same.

Not sure if you have status but email a copy of the boarding pass and itinerary if you have it to email [email protected] or [email protected]

You will get an automated message back but they will contact you within 3 - 5 days.

I find best results if you email from the address that is on your VFF profile
 
Cheers for the suggestions. I had e-mailed [email protected], will try calling them if I don't get any result in the next few days.
 
You should be able to lodge the claim online. You can then see the status of the claim.

Just be thankful you aren't trying to claim from EY to credit to EY. That is a total nightmare!
 
Was able to lodge for one of the flights online, the others give this message (hence the e-mail method):
There has been an error processing your request. Please confirm that the information entered is correct and resubmit your claim. If you are unable to resubmit your claim, please call 13 18 75 or send a copy of your e-ticket to [email protected]. [LTY-0087]
 
I had similar issues in getting credited for VA code share flights operated by EY.

Flew LHR-AUH-SYD on October 31 last year and it took until December 22 for the flights to be credited to my account involving calls and emails to VFF.

I'm still not sure if submitting an online claim for missing points on VA code share flights operated by EY that you're meant to include the VA code share flight number or the EY flight number that operated the flight.
