Point and Money Rewards - how consistent are properties at offering this?

Is there any consistency for Points and Money Rewards? I remember seeing a table for Points and Money Rewards that had Cat 7 properties at 25000 points and US$85, but the Hilton Arc de Triomphe for the dates I am looking for are offering at best 25000 points and EUR150 (USD196)!

I'd like to know as well. Seems to be all over the place to me. Many properties will have points rewards and also points + pay offers going, others seem to choose one or the other, some have none at all.

Yes - I can't understand why there's such a lack of consistency for these rewards - Reward Stays are pretty much poor value, but Points and Money rewards started to make them seem more worthwhile.

Its been my experience also. Straight rewards nights seem to always come in at more than best available rates when I convert HH points at my own nominated value (0.5c each). Strangely though, with P+P using the same conversion rate very occasionally the rooms come up at a significant discount. Its almost like Honors/Hilton themselves don't have a standard in-house value for a point...

The points+pay option is still being rolled out, hence only selected properties to start with AFAIK.
