Oman air flights - where to credit points?

Hi all,

I've just flown J to London on Oman Air. But there were codeshares involved.
Mrs D flew Qatar to Doha then Oman air via Muscat to LHR and I flew Malaysian to KUL then Oman air via Muscat to LHR; we were split up due to last minute changes - bit of a nightmare

Prior to the flights I had elected to credit the points to Etihad on the Oman air website but surprise surprise, nothing has appeared 25 days later.

What should I do about the codeshare parts of the trip? Credit to Qantas?
Or should I wait a bit longer

I'm really lost here and would appreciate some help!!
