New PJs?

I did a search and can't seem to find any mention of the new Martin Grant pyjamas that were announced to be coming "mid 2016".

Anyone have any update? I have 2 F MEL-LHR trips coming up and was hoping to get the new kit!

Not sure about the PJs mentioned in that article, but I read that Qantas is giving out special green & gold pyjamas in J for the olympics. Apparently this started last week.

On the Olympics PJ's topic, I'm really upset that HKG isn't included as a route as my parents are making several trips out and could pick me up some... alas I'll probably have to resort to ebay. As for newer designs in general, I look forward to seeing what comes of it, especially as I have flights later this year!

I heard a rumour that they new PJs will feature a sash that displays your QFF status: apparently they are focus grouping a leopard trim on the P1 sash.

I was hopeful that the new F PJs would be released by now (given that we're at the end of 'mid 2016'). the new J Olympic Pyjamas are awesome looking and I hope they could hook me up in F with a pair, but as a Pyjama fan, I'm excited for whatever is coming soon!

Obviously not quite "mid-2016" but Aug/Sept shouldn't be beyond the realm of things.

Yep, thought exactly the same. As much as I like the ASPAR products, I think they are a bit of a step down from SKII.

My only hope is that the new PJs will have a more premium feel to them than the current ones, but I'm not confident that will be the case.

Good night. Those are underwhelming. The slippers look nice, but the amenity kit is definitely a step down.

Current F PJs are bad quality so hopefully the new ones will be an upgrade (pocket pants already an improvement). Amenity kits are, as everyone else said, a downgrade.

The slippers literally can't be worse.
I got better quality ones in 4* hotels.

Just flew F & J longhaul: still the old kit on board.

Aspar is not the best Australian brand (Aesop & Jurlique are far better) but it is better than SKII which is just an expensive brand from Proctor and Gamble but not very good.

I read in the announcement yesterday about the new partnership with Sheridan linen for First Class that the amenity kits and PJs are on board from 21 October. So a few weeks away.
