New Etihad iPhone App

Saw this online and just downloaded it. It's not bad - nothing revolutionary but at least they finally have one. Your Etihad Guest information feeds in and any upcoming trips are automatically loaded in. Also much more user friendly that trying to look at flights on their mobile website.

How do you change your seat selection for an existing booking via the app? I can't tell whether I can't find the feature, or it's not available on my booking. (I wish the app would tell you!)

Thank you for downloading the app and for choosing to fly with us! You should be able to modify your seat selection via the app - have you tried clicking on the specific leg, journey or flight for which you wish to modify your seat selection? If you are experiencing an error, kindly inbox us a screenshot so we can ask the App team to troubleshoot. In the meantime, we can assist you with your seats, if you can send your booking reference and seat preferences via [email protected]. Thank you!
