Booked, paid and had confirmed a 3K ticket SIN-BKK. Went to Jetstar transfer counter at Changi after getting off QF only to be told the BP couldn't be issued as the system was saying there was an outstanding amount owing on the ticket. Wait for it........$0.99c - yep 99 cents.
Staff couldn't explain, supervisor had no idea. Booking cancelled, new booking created and BP issued.
