Hello all,

Just looking for some advice on the express departure cards for customs. I have collected a few in my travels.
What are customs officials like if you use an express card from different airline, say a branded Emirates departure card with air new Zealand?

Have you done it and what was your success like?

The Express Card checker would have no idea who you are flying with and wouldn't care less. Just make sure that you go to the non-express X-ray line if you want to retain the card for another time.

Not true. Got stopped at Sydney and denied express lane because boarding pass and express card were different airlines. Lost the express card too.

I didn't chance it tonight. The general queue in Melbourne was shorter than the express queue.
My schedule leaves me stuck with J* for the past 5 Sundays and tonight was the first time the immigration queue hasn't been back to the xray.
Q really needs to look after the WPs on J* just a little better.
