I took a flight on SQ back in FEB. My Verlocity number was on the booking because I received the RETURN SC and points but did not get the SC and points for the outbound journey.
I rarely use Virgin Velocity so did not check up on it until now.

On the website I tried to claim missing points but it advised that it was over 6 months ago and cannot claim points.

Anyone know if I can email Velocity and get the claim for the missing points and SC?

Are you sure the outbound flight was actually in a valid for earn class ? N Q T V does not earn on SQ.

If you can prove the Frequent Flyer number was on the boarding pass / Itinerary , you can try your luck emailing VA and plead your case

Thanks williamsf1

Found in the small print that the outbound flight was in N class.
Return was in S class.

Seems that happens when you let AMEX Travel book for you and you don't know the restrictions.
Thanks again.
