Missing international airports in "travel from"

Wanting to book seats with points e.g from AUH to anywhere but AUH doesn't come up on the velocity site or even the VA booking page. Many other international departure airports are now unavailable which where previously there before sabre. Only lets me do it if an AUS airport is the departure point then I can select AUH as the destination.

Is this just the transition phase? It must be?

Yeh I saw that but that's my point. I don't want to call the "membership centre". I want to be able play with the points vs pay slider. Is this temporary during the transition? I thought the whole point of sabre was to have better access with partner airlines.

Call centre said it should be up and running this week

Thanks Ronicat. I already called them enough times this week to call again for this. I will keep checking for them up update it

Yep I spoke to them about this yesterday on the phone too....she said it's a work in progress and all routes that were previously there should be available again soon
