In the Melbourne QF J lounge ATM. How wonderful is Mon behind the bar? I haven't seen her here before but hope she doesn't go anywhere soon. She's very friendly and engaging. Top notch for customer service.
 
There was a young lad in there on Friday who was not as quick as others.
