Just wanted to say thanks Qantas scored an F upgrade in MEL F lounge :D Thanks to Charles what a help. First unrequested upgrade since Ansett passed away.

Travelling wth family and received an upgrade from economy to preminum economy flying from
Sydney to Tokyo. Thanks Qantas, very much appreciated. One member was platinum, one gold and one bronze so it was a surprise. Also all of us were allowed into the 1st class lounge at Sydney. :D

The guys connected with the QF in Melbourne are first class. Never had an issue there and always walked out very satisfied

Why isn't their Domestic J lounge the same?
