Luggage tags

I've just gone through my for the past year (literally) and found my velocity silver card. However there are no bag tags attached. Has anyone not gotten theirs or have they come later? I'm wondering if my mail minded has inadvertently thrown them out with the envelope or if they simply haven't come yet.

With the recent status match, they weren’t included for Silver members.
