Hi all,

I’ve been trying to find a clear answer.
my wife and I are flying to London this week on Singapore airline (SQ222/SQ322). We have business rewards seats bought through velocity (we booked these a long time ago).

our ticket says 40kg luggage each.
I am a platinum member and my wife is red.
Do I (or both of us) get any extra luggage for being a platinum member? I’m under the impression I at least should get an extra twenty but because the ticket only says 40, and everything has been changing a lot lately, I thought I’d ask and see.
I can’t seem to find a straight answer, it mentions Star alliance members getting extra but Virgin isn’t part of that. ??
Thanks in advance everyone.
FYI we’re moving overseas for work. And a large part of that weight will be used for bikes.

Cheers

On the VA website it indicates and extra 20kg for platinum members. So that would allow you 1 x 20kg extra.
