Based on class of service... unfortunately not. Star Alliance rules base lounge access on the class of the departing flight. (Individual airlines within star alliance may have separate policies for their own passengers... for example SQ in singapore will sometimes allow lounge access based on your arriving flight if continuing outbound same day on SQ, but this is not the case here.)

If you have star gold status (or higher) you will have lounge access based on status.

*G will get you into the LH Business Class lounge but unfortunately based on your flights alone it looks like you won't have lounge access in MUC I'm afraid. Maybe worth trying for a Business Class flight MUC-BSL closer to the date if it becomes available?

Yeah - Oneworld has different rules for connecting flights, where lounge access at the connecting point is based on the long haul in-bound flight rather than the short-haul departure. Unfortunately no corresponding rule for star alliance as a whole (but up to individual airlines... SQ, LH, OZ, UA to name a few... will all allow access based on in-bound long haul - or even long-haul departure in the case of LH and LX - if connecting on the same airline).

I had a 5 hour stopover in MUC recently, inward & outbound flights both with LH, but travelling Y on both legs so no lounge access. I did consider using the 'nap cabs' but in the end amused myself browsing the English titles in the Arrivals bookshop (I had only hand luggage so this was relatively uncomplicated to get to), and was generally pleased with the spaciousness and quietness of the departures lounge and the free coffee/tea available there.
