Lost 1st class lounge comp pass

Hi there,

My husband and I are flying in J to Europe in 2 weeks for our anniversary - and were looking forward to using our complimentary 1st class lounge passes that we got in December....I've put mine away safely but unfortunately my husband is not quite as tidy as I am and his has disappeared! I was wondering about the chance of a replacement for him and I've looked through the Qantas website to see if I could get an email address or contact number for someone to speak to about it but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know who I should contact to request this from or should I not bother?

You might be out of luck as the vouchers say they won't be replaced if lost or stolen. However you might try getting the number of your F lounge manager and calling and asking very nicely if they'll let you both in anyway that day, you have nothing to lose.

I agree. That is probably your best bet.

Also have a look in the meetings thread and see if anyone else from AFF is on your flight and heading to the F lounge.

I accompanied a colleague into the Flounge with one of those passes, noone blinked an eyelid?

Thanks for your advice. How do I find out who the Flounge manager is for Sydney, and their contact number? I am on QF 1 on the 5th June. I did put in for a points upgrade but it looks like F pretty full.
