My husband and I are flying in J to Europe in 2 weeks for our anniversary - and were looking forward to using our complimentary 1st class lounge passes that we got in December....I've put mine away safely but unfortunately my husband is not quite as tidy as I am and his has disappeared! I was wondering about the chance of a replacement for him and I've looked through the Qantas website to see if I could get an email address or contact number for someone to speak to about it but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know who I should contact to request this from or should I not bother?
