Looking for Easy Early meal before Concert at Qudos Stadium Sydney

We are going to one of the Bruce Springsteen concerts early next month. It has been a couple of years since we have been out there & up to those times we have struggled to find a good, easy meal prior to the concert. We will be travelling by car from the "Shire" area (our Sydney hosts don't do public transport). Not after fine dining, happy with all cuisine types, just something relatively easy that is open early enough to continue on to the concert.

Bunch of restaurants on Dawn Fraser Ave near the station if using paid parkig.
Ribs and Rumps, Mejixo and a Thai place come to mind.

If I drive however I tend to park on the street in Newington (Nurmi Ave - it's a 5min walk) and there are a bunch of casual restaurants near the Woolworths in Newington
