Log in problems

Good morning guys

I have downloaded the aff app and after entering the correct user name and password, all in the correct manner and lower case applicable, site comes back advising me i have no permission to access. However when i receive a email ect from AFF and enter the same user name/ password access works like a gem.
Any suggestions

The only way to subscribe is through Paypal though, which is a bit of a downer.
Means I need to run it past SWMBO.

I had the problem logging in website, after checking the remember password. It logged me in otherwise it was signing off after login

Having some serious login issues with the site on my laptop, which I haven't used in a while. The site will not recognise my password, even though it's the same one I use on my tablet and phone.

Even tried to reset it via email just now, and it wouldn't even accept the temporary password.

Strange.
