LJ Hooker Points

Hi Guys,

Rented my house out in Perth and went through LJ hooker and I get 10,000 FF Points, the form was submitted on the 9/05 by the Property Manager but the points have still not posted.

Anyone know how long these points usually take to process and post?

No specific experience with LJ Hooker, but with other partners I have found that where the points process is a manual one these can take anywhere from 1-6 months to post.

If they don't post inside 2mths, the usual rule of thumb is scan the details, email to QFF SC, and let them forward it through to the relevant vendor for follow-up.

Typically QF vendor points load to a QFF account overnight so if they are keyed in during a week day they upload within 24 hours of the key stroke entries.QF still limit the maximum entry for a year at 250k and that is a number set by the Australian Taxation Office.So with LJ Hooker points all you need to do is contact the person who has access to the QF computer.
