KF Card expiries when?

Hi all,

How long does that card membership last unused?
I thought at least two years?
Cannot find it on KF website?

If you mean Kris Flyer miles they run for 3 years plus a booking can run out a further 11 months and some days so almost 4 years.

I rang them and no use on KF card for 18months and it expiries!!!!!

Did not know that Plant....we are regular users and we have lots of activity. A trick for inactive folks for sure.

If there is no points balance, yes I think it it will expire after 18 months or so of inactivity.

If there is a points balance, card will remain active whilst there is points in the account (points have a life of 3 years after earning), and then account becomes inactive sometime after points expire (i.e. no points balance)

In either instance, as KF is free to join, no big deal, just rejoin after previous account expires.

In the case of my wife they emailed her warning her that her account was expiring as an encouragement to fly more. She had been a gold card at one point but I would have thought they could easily contact any expiring member.
