Simple question. Which is closer and easier to get into Manhattan from?

New York JFK or New York EWR Newark New Jersey?
I have a couple of options from London with BA which includes arrival both airports.
Flights to EWR get me into New York at a more reasonable hour.

Not a lot of difference in time or convenience. Stick with the timing that works best for you.

Options are same for both: supershuttle (minibus), airtrain+train, or taxi (more $$$ from EWR though - according to some sources $5-30 more than from JFK).

Cheapest option both with Taxi or train is JFK.
Best though is LGA-of course doesn't work with BA.

Taxis are fixed price from JFK to Manhattan $45 plus obligatory tip and tolls. Metered from elsewhere. It can be difficult at peak times to get a taxi to take you back to JFK as the drivers in general don't like the fixed price. Need a good concierge to get you one.

For train not huge difference in price though IIRC - including airtrain fee - from JFK it's around $7-8 for subway or $11 for Long Island Railroad, from EWR it's $9-10 for PATH/NJTransit or $15 for just NJTransit.
