I have a booking that was made a few weeks from Brisbane to Bali return. Departing 25 November on JQ 57 and returning 2 December on JQ 58. Had booked exit row seats for the flight to Bali and Business for return flight as is overnight flight.
Just got email from Jetstar to say change to booking and now departing 24 November and returning 1 December.
Had made bookings for accommodation already. Will need to check if can change dates.
Have checked Jetstar site and no longer direct flights for dates I had booked. When clicking on the link from the email there are options to accept new flight dates or do not suit me.
No mention if I still get exit row and business class.
Is anyone able to advise what happens if I click flight options provided do not suit me?
Yet to work out if new dates suit me and others travelling with.
