Trying to find award availability in JAL website and using "Build your own itinerary" so I can try to find availability via non typical routing. That is SYD-ICN-EU. I enter concurrent dates for each sector so only transit time periods, no stopovers. However I receive the following message and unsure what it means and how to remedy the search so I can proceed.
The information you entered is incorrect.
  • Stopover is permitted once in each city in the entire itinerary.
Does anyone have experience using the JAL site to find availability?
Can I book directly on the JAL site using Cathay Points?
