This is proper J class, this is how all the 738 seat maps appear now

No there are not. The few 73Gs remaining were converted several months ago. All DJ 737s have a J class cabin now.

Yes, that's an important caveat! ZK planes to the best of my knowledge will retain the Y+ fitout, because there are no J class services offered to either NZ or the Pacific.

However, they can only be used in the case of service dissruption as they operate under a NZ AOC.
