Hi,
I just wanted to check that this situation is correct. I emailed our travel agent weeks ago - but communication is not her strong point (most of the time she doesn't reply) - I would NOT recommend RACT Launceston. I get the impression that she is used to old people booking trips, and never asking any questions (sorry, Type A personality - I like the details, and I like things organised). Rather than email her again, I think that this might be a better way to get the answers that I was wondering about.

We booked a trip for 2 adults, 2 kids from Launceston to Athens. Then home from London (via a stop-over in Singapore) to Launceston. Anyway, only some legs are showing on my Qantas itinerary...... and I wondering if those legs should be claimed under Emirates instead of the Qantas scheme. Or is there another explanation????

Qantas (on my Frequent Flyer login) shows the following legs:
EK105 Dubai to Athens Economy/Q
QF10 London to Dubai Economy/N
EK354 Dubai to Singapore Economy/Q

So, there is no mention of:
QF2284 Launceston to Melbourne
EK405 Melbourne to Dubai
EK404 Singapore to Melbourne
QF2283 Melbourne to Launceston

Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.:)

I have Emirates flights booked which don't show in my QFF bookings page, but interestingly they show up on that page when I use my mobile phone. Spoke to Qantas, and they offered not explanation other than to say they could see the bookings from their end.

Thanks Kelvedon - just wanted to make sure that I wasn't flying without collecting any points. Much appreciated!

It may have something to do with the booking system that the travel agent is using.

You may want to see if you can get the QF or EK booking reference to see if it shows anything different to what you can currently see.

Sorry I can't directlt answer your question kcoulson, but I would certainly ring Qantas so that you get peace of mind.

Not sure if this helps with Emirates bookings, but it might be worth putting your booking reference number into Finnair Manage My Booking and seeing what (if anything) comes up.

Just tried that on the BA website "Manage my bookings" and it shows up. Thanks for that tip Mattg.
