Is there a gym or pool at BKK?

Will be transiting BKK in a couple of months - 3.5hrs between flights. Is there anywhere in BKK where I can get excercise? Something like the gym and/or pool at SIN? Walking up and down the miles of concourses at BKK just doesnt do it for me!

PS is there even an 'official' BKK airport website? Google seems to throw up a few links but all look (to me) a little simple to be 'official'. Cheers.

I know there's a transit hotel inside the airport. I have never used the service nor know the facility offerings. I am told they have nice shower facility available. As for gym and pool, go and check it out and let us know.

Worst case, go out of immigration and go to Novotel Airport Hotel and use their facility.

I don't believe there is a gymnasium or pool at BKK airport.

There is a gymnasium and pool at Novotel Hotel but not sure how you would access these facilities without booking a room at the hotel.
