I find ING's promos like this kind of weird. I like ING and have an account myself, but opening a new bank account, changing where your salary's deposited, opening another new bank account, getting a debit card and forcing yourself to use it over a credit card 5 times in a month, all to get $25? I'd be honestly surprised if anyone could be bothered.
