An interesting article in The Age regarding Delta and their sports charter operation. The one thing is that College sports in the USA are massive. I did an exchange at a Div 1 school in North Carolina a few years back but it wasn't like this.

In the attached photo gallery the most interesting line item is the KSU (Kansas State) charter from FOE (Topeka KA) to EWR. It involves a 744 and a 330. That is pretty massive but if you are moving a football team, staff, cheerleaders AND the band I guess this is what you need.
