How to book return flight from San Fransisco on Qantas with points.

We are traveling to San Fransisco in September next year. I have booked a flight from Sydney with points and now I'm trying to book a flight back with points in premium economy.But the Qantas web site takes me to the U.S. Site that says there are no flights, but if I search return flights premium economy seats are available on the 20 September to Sydney.Is there a way to book this online or do I have to ring Qantas and book ?Thanks everyone.

Looks like no Z class seats, so no Premium Economy award seat availability.
I can see only one Z SFO-SYD for the whole month, on 5 Sept.
This would not be un usual during school holiday season.

If you believe a seat is available but you can't book it online, you could try calling Qantas. But I would say that it's more likely that the seat/s are taken.

The seats were released this morning on the Qantas web site and I have booked the flights.
I called Qantas on Sunday and they told me the seats hadn't been released yet and to check the website each morning which I did.

One tip I can give you is to search all classes not just the one you want to go on. And keep clicking on dates and times, you will get there.
Rewards bookings are not very rewarding whilst you are trying to get them
