How long it takes to get Velocity Points after HU flight

Does anyone know how long it takes to get Velocity points after flying on HU?
Its been about 5 months now, but i still dont get anything.

VA keep telling that they are awaiting answer from HU, to confirm my flights

Where were your flights to and from?

I flew HU in May and got them around 3 days after the flights. That was for Aus to China and internal China flights as well.

Well, I could say maybe not as long as it takes to eek points and SCs out of HX, but I guess time will tell. I've been waiting 8 months now. Have provided VA with a flight certificate, chased up Retro claims many, many times. I'll give them another month and then I'm just going to sit on the phone until they sort it out. I mean these SCs were earned in last year's allocation - so I'm wondering if they credit do they credit to this year? Maybe this is all a waste of time anyway.
