How can I cancel FF points accidentally allocated to Qantas and re-allocate to AA?

When booking a recent flight to the States I accidentally gave Expedia my Qantas FF number instead of AAdvantage FF number. Does anyone know how to cancel FF points from Qantas? I can then submit the boarding passes to Advantage. I just tried calling Qantas and had no luck whatsoever!

Thank you!

If the flight has been flown, then too late.

There is evidence of this having been done in the past. IIRC you may need to email QF and explain your situation.

Thanks. I'll try that. My Advantage points are about to expire so I really want to move these over.

Probably easier to find another way.

Cheap valid purchase through store, points donation etc

..... car rentals (I do it with Hertz), hotel programs (e.g. SPG ) just to keep the AA points alive.
