Hong Kong Airlines PVG J

Hey all, potentially flying from PVG to HKG in a couple of months, and then onward to Sydney via QF or CX. Hong Kong Airlines has a flight from PVG to HKG that is of a suitable time and gives me enough of a layover to freshen up and have a nice feed in the CX lounge, and strangely this is being sold via the Qantas website. Also seems as if Hong Kong Airlines is the only airline flying between PVG and HKG with fully flat seats in J.

Does anyone know what lounge Hong Kong Airlines uses in PVG for J? And does anyone know if Hong Kong Airlines is worth using, or should I just stick to Dragonair and Cathay?

Have flown with them before and have been comfortable enough with decent service. I’ve flown on a couple types of their aircraft and whilst all were pretty comfortable I did like their A350 and that was with their older configuration as I believe they do have some A350’s with the new seating. From PVG we were directed to the China Eastern Plaza Premium lounge. It was nothing spectacular but served a purpose. No idea if there were other lounges we could have used
