HKG (& possibly SIN) suggestions

Hi all,

I am currently between jobs and have a number of weeks & $1000 worth of QF credit to kill, and a quick trip to Asia came to mind as a cost effective use of my vouchers. Travel will be alone on this occasion.

My initial thoughts are 3 nights in Honkers, and possibly 1-2 in SIN (although haven't heard many positive reports about SIN).

Excluding transits, I have never been to these cities before. I welcome everyones views on how many nights and related activites/hotels a first timer should experience.

To help us point you on the right path, what kind of activities are you generally interested in?

I can only speak for SIN, as I have zero expeirence in HKG.

There's always truckloads to do in SIN, depending entirely on what your interests are.

I've never had a bad trip there in three times over the last three years. I've always found it a great place to visit and loved every minute of it.
