Hilton Honors availability

Has anyone found any weird or unexplained lack of availability for rewards nights at Hilton properties?

I have been trying to plan a 'little' trip and the Sydney Hilton shows not award availability for the rest of this year!

Everywhere else that I've looked at seems to have the expected availability.
