Hertz Australia - No longer have standard 4WD's

Okay so a few months back Hertz added in another version of the RAV4 (2WD) which I thought was strange at the time.

As it turns out Hertz no longer have standard 4WD's in their fleet, the AWD Rav4's are leaving and are SOLD OUT pretty much for any dates.

I have spoken to a few people and had written confirmation that the "SUVs" on offer are all going to be 2WD only:
RAV4
Dualis
Kluger

Very very annoying for the sake of a few extra $ to purchase/lease cars Hertz should have stuck with 4WD/AWD's

Yes they have the X3 and X5 but only at some locations and the pricing is getting quite silly now for these

So looks like I will be moving some rentals back to Europcar which is annoying :(
