Heathrow airport hotel to connect to terminal 3

Hi, any recent experience on the best hotel that services Terminal 3 or the airport in general. We have an overnight layover and it doesn't really justify heading back into town for.

Suggestions appreciated.

Last year we stayed at the Premier Inn, Bath Road. Good value and very well organised. Highly recommend.

You get on the HOPPA bus at the airport that goes to the hotel, they run every 15mins or so I think. We had to leave the hotel at 5am and the bus came along exactly on time. I did a lot of research for this having just flown in from Australia, not so young anymore, and wanting things to be as easy and smooth as possible for our connection to Barcelona. I don't think it could have been any better other than having a hotel right at the airport as in the Sofitel at T5.

We always stay at the Sofitel at T5 - it is an easy walk /free train trip (about 5 minutes) - the hotel is nice, has a decent restaurant. For me it saves the hassle of leaving the airport

The Hilton at T4 is connected via walkway. It is reached on the Heathrow Connect service from T3. I have been using the Hilton Garden Inn at Hatton Cross - short tubejourney from T3. (HGI also has a laundry if washing and drying your clothes is on your to do list!!)

If you arrive at T3, need to collect 3 suitcases then check in at the Soffitel T5, what would you suggest as the easiest way to do this? Two people, 3 x wheeled suitcases and 2 wheeled hand luggage? Free train trip sounds difficult.
