Getting the run around from Qatar Airways

Hi All,
I need your advice please.
I applied for a refund from Qatar Airways ( At their suggestion as the lockdown had begun) back on 3rd March 2020. I was told it would take anywhere from 6-12 weeks for the money to come thru. After waiting for 8 weeks & nothing had happened, I contacted them again & was told its being processed & it would take another 4 weeks. Again waited & nothing happened. Contacted them again 3 weeks ago & was told that in fact the ticket was still open, & the refund has not been processed even though I had a request number to get a refund. The customer service officer said they would send an urgent email requesting a refund & the money should be refunded within a week. Again nothing happened. Contacted Qatar Airways again & I was told it has been processed but it will take a further 10-12 business days. Guess what? ..yep, nothing happened. So I called today & spoke to a supervisor who said it could take another month for the refund to come through & that he would follow up!
Guys, I'm at my wits end, I don't know what else to do to get my money back.... any suggestion please?

If you paid by credit card lodge a dispute with them and advise all the communications. If not I’d tweet them.
