Flybuys - Promoting a BIG EVENT

Flybuys on Facebook are promoting some sort of big event (announcement pending) - that is sure to make you week...... Now I am curious, hoping that it is FF related! Anyone have any idea?

The rumour* is that Flybuys is being revamped and called Coles Dollars where you can earn money back on certain items, which will have been increased in price by the exact amount you will get back.

When I say rumour I of course mean "fabricated nonsense" posted in a bid to further ridicule Woolworths recent efforts!!

Just got an email regarding the flybuys eshop. 5x points for 48 hours although the terms and conditions aren't very clear about the exact times.

I don't use the flybuys eshop. Occasionally I use Target online but I don't think they are included.

With 1 FB point per $1 earned on the Flybuys eshop, it's not hard to see why.

Why would you use that when the Qantas and Virgin online malls will give you points that are worth more, and at a higher rate?

Would be a massive F You to Woolworths if they do it, but can't see how they can anymore with the Etihad tie-in.
