Fare condition on Economy Saver redemption

Hi everyone,

I have a question on the fare condition on the economy class saver ticket redemption. I went through almost til the end of a booking but still I can't find information on the fare condition?!?

Am I allowed to change the dates and/or cancel the booking? What are the penalties (if any)?

I am looking for open jaw ticket SYD-MUNICH-BARCELONA-SYD. Doesn't look like it will let me book a multi-city trip. But I can make two separate bookings SYD-MUNICH and BARCELONA-SYD, that's OK right?

OK I called them up...

Cancellation - allowed before departure 30USD fee, miles and fees refunded to you. Miles refunded will have the same expiry. So if your miles expired soon and you want to cancel. Chances are you may or may not have time to use them before they refunded back to you.

Changes - Destination change is a reissue i.e. 30USD fee. Dates are OK without fee. Have to be done more than 24 hours before departure

I know... I went almost all the way til the end of the booking process. There are a whole bunch of links down the bottom on condition of using website to baggage etc. I click through all of them and search for cancel and didn't see anything obvious. So I just called them... Sat morning no queue on their call centre.

I think they really have hidden them at this time. Usually I can chip in at this stage with a link or screen shot. After 15 minutes I give up. It shouldn't be this hard.
