SQ have a great Europe Earlybird for 2013 at the moment - $1660 for SYD-LHR return in whY. I see that a few other carriers also have similarly priced specials (CX is one).
This fits in well with my planned travel for 2013 - but QF have not joined the Earlybird for 2013 bandwagon (not that I can see anyway). I do like SQ but QF is my first choice, so just wondering if anyone has thoughts on if/when QF will launch their own Earlybird sale, or should I just snap up the SQ deal? Or even look at CX? I am 6'4" and of large frame so seat pitch/room is pretty important to me so I am also thinking of paying more for the "extra legroom" seats on the flights too. I have never done flights to LHR in whY, have always done in PE or J in the past but just can't afford that luxury this time...
