I recently just decided to collect EY miles and as Etihad Gold and after inputting my EY number during OLCI i did not see anything on the boarding pass on a VA domestic indicating the frequent flyer program at all. Is that normal? No status or frequent flyer number shown at all on the bp??

I just did a fresh booking and in the itinerary pdf the frequent flyer field is again blank despite inputting the ey number during the booking?

I have not yet received EY points on the ticket i flew 3 days ago and i dont feel confident ill get them with the boarding pass not showing any ff program.

Thoughts? ?

Thats strange, mine has shown as 'Partner Gold' whenever I've used mine. The points posted within a few days.

I'm Etihad Gold and always have the exact same problem. It never works online for me. The only way around it for me is to go to the desk at the airport and ask them to make sure your FF number is added. Then they'll print a boarding card with 'Partner Gold' on it. Bit of a pain, but definitely worth it for long VA trips to LA or Dubai, as your points don't get credited automatically either.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Same as Melbin, my boarding passes don't show Partner Platinum until I ask check in or lounge agent to enter it in.
