Does anyone have any experience with the time taken to process a refund?

I had to cancel an award booking last November (~22nd) and I think the customer service rep said it would take 8 weeks but the points still haven't been credited...

Just wondering what the experiences of others are? I've read the cancellation policy which says they take 10% of your points if you choose to cancel the booking and refund, but it doesn't specify a timeframe.

I'd give them a call to follow up. My experience with EY customer service to be appalling.
