Hi,

I redeemed 6000 eReward points for 2000 Velocity points and after 2 weeks they still havent shown up whereas in the past, point rewards would show up within 2 days.

My husband redeemed points more than 2 weeks ago and hes also waiting as well.

Wondering if anyone else is having delays?

cheers,

I submitted a point redemption on 18/9 and nothing is showing yet.

The previous redemption in August was processed in 2 days.

I hope there isn't an issue with this partner.

I am the same. Submitted in mid September and zilch. Previously always within a few days.

The T&C's do say up to 6 weeks from memory so I will give them the benefit of the doubt until then.

FYI, the 2 x 2000 points came into our accounts today

cheers,

Slightly OT but completed a survey worth 1000 Opinion Points two weeks ago and never received them. Anyone else had problems with this?

I've redeemed several times. processing times have varied, but usually at least 2 weeks. Have had one take the full 6 weeks as well.

I found previously the redemptions normally only took a few days, but during the past 6 months, it seems to be taking 2 weeks or more.

Has anyone received their eRewards points into their Velocity account in the past two weeks?

No partner points have been allocated to my account since 12 October. No BP, no credit card spend and no eRewards. I've generated approx 20k points in that period.

Odd............

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

yeah there seems to be some backlog with redemptions coming through. Flybuys is working very quickly

I am pretty pi$$ed off with them at present. I just did a long survey on banking and had a lot to say about NAB. Right at the end after a couple of "i prefer not to say," personal money questions, they put in 2 very personal finance qs with no 'I prefer not to say', option. Here's what I commented at the end:

"DO NOT in future ask personal questions about my finances at the end of the survey that have no 'I do not wish to say', option. It is sneaky and underhanded and unimpressive."

What, you mean you actually tell the truth in these surveys?

I attempt to do one of these surveys a day in my spare time. Sometimes they are worth 100 points, sometimes 1000.

I hate it when I qualify for a 1000 point (30 minute) survey, get 80% through, then get kicked out with "Unfortunately, we have received the required amount of responses from your group. You will be credited the partial amount" A HUUUUGE 25 points.

What The.....I already gave you ALL the answers!!

Well no, and it is surprising how often my age varies. However, this blatant underhand way of getting one to say something as the very last questions is just not on.

Yep got my lot of points when were transferred over on the 2nd of October (arrived 24th Oct)
