Does anyone have better contact details for emirates customer service? Or is there an Emirates rep on here?
We have denied boarding vouchers from a flight SIN-MEL in October 2019.
We had originally booked to use them in March 2020, but we all know what happened there.
I have contacted Emirates a number of times, and they keep saying just wait, because the route might come back soon.
Now, the vouchers are due to expire in March 2023, the route doesn’t exist and we have been advised that the only option is for us to use them on another route in that zone - which means having to fly somewhere at our expense to use them.
Emirates didn’t follow their own charter in offloading in the first place (we checked in about 8 hours early - connecting from SQ in Singapore; were told if we didn’t accept we would be offloaded anyway - they didn’t ask for volunteers at all; and, most importantly were travelling with our autistic teen - they are not supposed to off load if a person with disability is in the group.
Anyway, the phone agent told me he thought it was a ridiculous situation and that I needed to go online with my complaint. So I emailed and got a standard reply, that it is our choice to only want the flights between Singapore and Melbourne, and they are offering other flights in the Zone, and they won’t extend the validity any further.
We are probably worth little to Emirates long term, so I doubt they care or think it’s worth giving us anything else.
The flights were actually booked as QF codeshare, but of course, QF aren’t really interested (though I wonder if they are classed as the travel agent in this scenario?)
Any advice welcome.

I couldn't even contact them in the UK. I don't believe they have anyone there. I almost missed my car, because the driver couldn't contact them when their own system failed to contact me (they didn't give him contact details, he had to go through their system).
