DXB Lounges

SWMBO has a quick trip MEL-DXB-GVA on QF/EK. She has a 9hr layover both directions, but she's a NB, travelling Y.

Can anyone advise about paid lounges at DXB?

Edit : Looks like she may be eligible for a comp hotel room.

Not sure if its too late, but if she is not getting the comp hotel via Dubai Connect, then there is the option to pay for the Marhaba lounges in Dubai. Best would be the one in T3 as it is larger with more facilities, however it does not have a shower.
Cost is about 39USD

Ok this might doesn't help SWMBO anymore but regarding lounges at DXB in general: As far as I know, Marhaba lounges provide you with a free meal if you are travelling Y on EK and have a 4hrs+ stop-over.

Can I ask, has SWMBO been to Dubai before ?
Are the layovers during the day / evening?
9hrs is a long layover and there's plenty to do in Dubai....
