Hi have booked return darwin to auckland business class via Brisbane using points alone. Issue was only had business available no economy. I really don't see the point in spending twice as many points for business, especially when flights are daytime flights. Is it possible to downgrade and get a points refund? Surely qantas would rather fill a cheaper economy seat and leave the business seat for a paying customer.
Before anyone says this would be silly, im an A to B flyer and don't care much about the service - often flying low cost carriers.
