Domestic upgrade to J on Government Fare?

Hi,

Does anyone know if its possible to get a (paid) upgrade to J on a Government fares?

Most of my domestic flights are a B fare, I know that these can be upgraded using points, but our fares don't accure points, so I dont have many.

I have tried calling Qantas to ask about this but get a blunt 'refer to your agent', the agent is totally unhelpful.

Qantas don't do paid upgrades at the airport, and if your booking was made through an agent then all changes have to go via that channel as well.

No, the WOAG fares are not upgradeable.
